Attorney Profiles

Drawing on his legal and business experience in Los Angeles and Israel, Mr. Silver provides counsel to entities, individuals and charities active between the two locales. As an attorney in California, Mr. Silver primarily serves clients with Israel-facing business, personal and charitable matters.  Prior to entering into private practice, Mr. Silver clerked at the U.S. Tax Court and Estate and Gift tax division of the I.R.S.

In Israel, Mr. Silver articled in the international department of the largest law firm in the country, focusing on International Litigation and Technology.  Mr. Silver provides counsel to a variety of technology companies, Israeli-based investors active in the U.S., and U.S. based charities.

Mr. Silver earned his B.A. at UCLA in Business Administration (summa cum laude), and J.D. at Boston University School of Law. He resides is Israel and often travels to California.

Mr. Silver publishes frequently and his articles have published in leading legal and technology publications around the world.
