Mr. Dammann practices in the area of intellectual property and technology law. His experience includes the handling of a wide variety of matters for start-up, venture-backed, business and individuals alike. Mr. Dammann represents clients in the prosecution and enforcement of patents and trademarks (both nationally and internationally). Mr. Dammann also renders
patent infringement, clearance, and validity opinions, due diligence investigations, and intellectual property licensing transactions.
Mr. Dammann's technical areas of practice include semiconductors, network devices, networking and Internet technologies, computer architectures, medical devices and systems, content delivery networks, software programs, mechanical inventions, as well as chemical and biochemical compositions.
Mr. Dammann has practiced before State and Federal Courts. His experience extends to the United States Patent and Trademark Office Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Mr. Dammann's
undergraduate work in chemistry and physics adds value to his ability to counsel clients in a wide range of technical matters, transactions, and disputes.
Mr. Dammann
is currently working on obtaining a graduate degree in Computer Science and Engineering at the U.C.L.A. Henry Samueli School of Engineering and Applied Science.
