Tim Chang's practice focuses on business transactions/planning, merger & acquisition (including reverse merger), financing for the corporation and real estate, and cross-border wealth planning. He often serves as the role of outside general counsel for Asian clients with respect to their legal affairs in the U.S., including coordination of litigation and supervision of intellectual property matters. His clients range from multinational public companies and foreign state-owned enterprises to medium and small privately held companies in transportation, high-tech, consumer products, real estate development, automotive, pharmaceutical, biotech, green energy, banking and finance.
