2-10 HBW Warranty of California, Inc.

On April 26, 2004 WCC&E filed a class action complaint against 2-10 HBW Warranty of California, Inc. and Homebuyer's Warranty Corporation on behalf of consumers who were issued home warranty contracts by defendants, Braca v. 2-10 HBW Warranty of California, Inc. et al., Los Angeles County Superior Court Case No. BC314406. The Complaint alleges that defendants failed to honor the home warranty contract by engaging in a pattern and practice of denying claims.
