Class Action Lawsuit On Behalf of Domino's Pizza Truck Drivers for Unpaid and Missed Meal Breaks and Other Deceptive Practices

Wasserman, Comden, Casselman & Esensten, L.L.P. is one of the firms litigating a lawsuit on behalf of Domino's Pizza truck drivers against Domino's Pizza, LLC and Domino's Pizza Distribution, LLC for its failure to provide timely off-duty meal periods to its California truck drivers; failure to pay its California truck drivers for missed, on-duty and untimely meal periods; failure to issue accurate itemized wage statements to California truck drivers; failure to pay California truck drivers all wages due to them upon termination or separation of employment; and other deceptive and fraudulent business practices.

By law, employers in California must provide an off-duty 30 minute meal period to employees on or before the fifth and tenth hours of work. If an employer fails to provide the off-duty meal period, then the employer must pay the employee premium pay amounting to one hour of pay per day at the employee's regular rate of pay.

If you are or were employed as a truck driver and have not been provided off-duty meal and break periods, please contact us as soon as possible to protect your legal rights.
