Advant Edge and Myoplex Carb Control Nutrition Bars Wasserman, Comden, Casselman & Esensten, LLP is currently litigating a putative class action lawsuit regarding alleged misadvertising and mislabeling by the manufacturers and distributors of Advant Edge and Myoplex Carb Control Nutrition Bars. The packaging for the Advant Edge Bar stated that the bar has 3 grams of "Net Carbs," along with the claim of "Carb Control," on the front of the packaging. The packaging of the Myoplex Carb Control Bar stated that the bar is "Carb Sense" and has only 3 grams of "Impact Carbs." However, underneath the flap of the packaging, each of these bars are revealed to have nearly the same amounts of carbohydrates and calories that are contained in a chocolate candy bar. The Plaintiff claims that the Product labeling is fundamentally deceptive and misleading. If you have purchased Advant Edge and/or Myoplex Carb Control Bars, please contact us.
