ExtenZe Male Enhancement Pill Investigation
Wasserman, Comden, Casselman & Esensten L.L.P. is currently investigating whether claims by the manufacturers and distributors of the "male enhancement" product ExtenZe are false and constitute illegal labeling.
The product is advertised to consumers as a formula which has been "clinically proven" and "guaranteed to increase the size of your penis." The sellers claim that ExtenZe will "[g]ive you more intense orgasms;" "[m]akes getting an erection easier and more reliable;" "[w]ith the newest, most advanced medically designed formula ever created for male sexual enhancement." Biotab Nutraceuticals, the makers of ExtenZe, have purported to offer a "Free 7-Day Trial, just pay $0.97 for postage" to try ExtenZe with a 100% money back guarantee. An investigation is underway as to whether these claims are accurate and whether the free 7-day trial is always provided.
Wasserman, Comden, Casselman & Esensten L.L.P. has recently filed a case on behalf of Plaintiffs nationwide against Biotab Nutraceuticals, the manufacturer of ExtenZe.
If you or someone you know has purchased ExtenZe and 1) did not experience the advertised results; 2) could not obtain a refund; and/or 3) had unauthorized funds taken from a credit or debit account, please contact Wasserman, Comden, Casselman & Esensten, L.L.P.
