Odatus Recirculating Air Cleaners

Wasserman, Comden & Casselman LLP ("WCC") is currently investigating claims regarding misbranding and mislabeling by the manufacturers and distributors of the product Odatus Recirculating Air Cleaner. The product is being sold to consumers for use in the elimination of Ebola, Tuberculosis, Streptococcus, Asthma Attacks, Allergies, Infections, Fatigue, Depression, Colds, Flu, Viruses, Respiratory and Eye Infections. Yet, some question whether a scientific basis exists which supports claims that the product prevents, cures or treats these diseases. The FDA claims that the manufacturer failed to obtain premarket approval as required for devices intended for use in treating and preventing diseases.
