Pro+Plus Male Enhancement Pill Investigation

Wasserman, Comden, Casselman & Esensten L.L.P. is currently investigating whether claims by the manufacturers and distributors of the "male enhancement" product Pro+Plus are false and constitute illegal labeling.

The product is advertised to consumers as a "doctor approved advanced formula" that "increases penis firmness and sexual health" and "boosts sexual energy, virility, and endurance." The sellers claim that Pro+Plus will give you "[s]tronger and more intense orgasms" and that "your erections will be bigger and firmer."

Consumers are instructed to take two Pro+Plus tablets daily and they "will get results within the first month." The sellers claim that it takes two to three months for consumers to experience "optimum results."

Potent Labs, the makers of Pro+Plus, offer an auto-ship program where the consumer is billed $45.00 once a month for a one-month supply of the product. The sellers claim that the auto-ship program can be canceled at any time. An investigation is underway as to whether these claims are accurate and whether the auto-ship program can be canceled at any time.
