Wasserman, Comden & Casselman LLP is currently investigating claims regarding misadvertising and illegal labeling by the manufacturers and distributors of the products Wal-borne and Cold M.D. Both products are sold to consumers as formulas which will fight against colds or other viruses. Yet, no scientific basis appears to exist which supports any claim that the vitamin and herbal components of the products will provide an instant shield against contraction of germs.
