Jillian Michaels "Maximum Strength Calorie Control" Investigation

Wasserman, Comden, Casselman & Esensten L.L.P. has recently filed a case on behalf of a Plaintiff in California against fitness star Jillian Michaels, ThinCare International, LLC, and Basic Research, LLC, the sellers of "Jillian Michaels Maximum Strength Calorie Control." In conjunction with the class action, an investigation is ongoing with respect to the claims by the defendants concerning the product.

Michaels, Thin Care and Basic Research have formulated and developed "Calorie Control," which they claim will "restrict your caloric intake automatically" and that "Two Capsules Before Main Meals And You Lose Weight. That's It." The sellers claim that Calorie Control is clinically proven to cause weight loss.
