Committed to Client Service
We view our role as counselors and problem solvers for clients throughout California, nationwide and internationally, with a particular focus on the Pacific Rim. We recognize the need to provide quality service to each and every client and strive to exceed our clients' expectations. The firm has grown both in the number of attorneys and the number of practice areas based upon our efforts to service each client's unique needs. The great number of long-term clients of the firm, plus the continual addition of new clients, is a testament to the firm's success in meeting each client's unique needs.
We strive to offer the same or greater level of personal service ordinarily found only in small "boutique" law firms. Through the experience and expertise of our attorneys, our practice areas, working independently or together, as necessary, are able to deliver high quality work across the spectrum of our client's needs. Our unique structure gives us an advantage over boutique firms and much larger firms. We have the staff and resources to serve each client's needs, no matter how big or small, in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintaining quality relationships with clients is very important to us. We are committed to delivering quality work while upholding the highest ethical standards. In addition, at every stage of litigation or business transactions, we encourage clients actively to participate in their matter and we strive to ensure each client understands the status of their matter at all times.
Our attorneys are often asked to present seminars and talks in their fields of expertise. In addition to local bar associations, our attorneys have presented seminars to such organizations as the American Bar Association and the California Judges Association. Our expertise has also been used to draft key legislation and local rules to assist courts in managing civil litigation.
