On September 9, 2009, WC&C partner Frank W. Chen, along with Thomas Shin and Alexander Lee of Yours Truly Accessibility Corporation, presented a luncheon seminar to the Culver City Chamber of Commerce entitled "Advising Businesses Regarding American With Disabilities Act (ADA) Accessibility Lawsuits" at the Four Points By Sheraton in Culver City. 

On June 16, 2009, WCC Partner Melissa Harnett will speak at a 90-minute Teleconference Program with Interactive Q&A entitled: "Evolving Class Action Removal Standards: Effective Litigation Strategies for Plaintiff and Defense Counsel".
