DAVID B. CASSELMAN elected Vice President and Secretary of the state organization of ABOTA

WCC is proud to confirm that senior partner DAVID B. CASSELMAN (2005 President of the Los Angeles Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates "ABOTA" and recipient of their 2006 Civility Award) has recently been elected Vice President and Secretary of the state organization of ABOTA. This organization consists solely of experienced trial lawyers and is dedicated to the preservation of the 7th Amendment right to a jury trial, and civility among trial lawyers. His election means that in 2009, Mr. Casselman will be the President of California ABOTA. Mr. Casselman continues to serve as a member of the Executive Boards of the Los Angeles Chapter, as well as the State organization and the National Board of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
