In addition to real estate transactions, we have extensive experience in real estate litigation. Our real estate attorneys have handled virtually every type of real estate dispute, from specific performance, quiet title and partition actions, to eminent domain and commercial leasing disputes. We represent owners, developers, suppliers, and general contractors in claims involving major construction defects, cost overruns and delays, and enforcement of mechanic's liens. We also handle a wide range of contract and partnership issues, including breach of purchase agreements, dissolution of partnerships and limited liability companies, lender and financing disputes, and broker liability.
